Why We Started
The land market in Ho and the Volta Region had a problem. Buyers were navigating a fragmented, largely unregulated space with little reliable information and even less protection. Unverified plots were being sold at inflated prices. Transparency was rare. And too many ordinary families were losing their savings to fraud and deals that should never have been made.
Worst of all, most buyers had no one in their corner. No one to verify the land before the money changed hands. No one to explain what appreciation actually looks like. Just a handshake, a hope, and the risk of losing everything.
Adaze Properties Hub was started to change that. We exist to be the protection, the guidance, and the transparency that this market has always needed but rarely offered.

Richard Adaze has spent four years working at the heart of the real estate market in Ho and the Volta Region. In that time, he has seen firsthand what happens when buyers go into land transactions without proper guidance: the fraud, the litigation, the financial loss, and the personal devastation that follows. That experience did not discourage him. It gave him a mission.
Richard founded Adaze Properties Hub to be the company he wished existed when he first entered this market. A firm built on verification, transparency, and genuine care for the people it serves. He leads every aspect of the business personally, from property sourcing and client relationships to the verification process that sits at the heart of everything Adaze does.
His approach is straightforward: know the land, know the law, and put the client first. Every time.
